  • Does creating an account cost anything?

    No, creating an account is completely free. However, cooks can feature their accounts to give it more prominence. You can find more details here

  • How do I order a meal?

    Ordering a meal is simple. Search for a meal, pick a dish, then select "Place Order", and complete the order confirmation process. You need to be a registered user and logged in, before ordering meals.

  • Can I order a meal without creating a profile?

    No, you have to be a registered user before you order meals.

  • What do I do if I do not receive an Order confirmation email?

    Ensure you have network connectivity, check your Spam/Junk folder, and/or contact us.

  • Can an order be modified or cancelled after it is placed?

    All submitted orders are considered final. However, you can contact the cook directly to revise or cancel the order. Note: paymemnts are due to the cook directly upon delivery of meal.

  • If there are any problems with the order, what do I do?

    You should contact the seller directly to discuss problems, if any, with your order.

  • Am I able to call in to report issues?

    At this point in time, you cannot call in to report issues. You can always connect with us via contact us.

  • Is there a minumum amount I have to spend?

    No, transactions are between buyers and sellers. There is no minimum set order for any purchase. It will be driven by what the dish price is, set by the seller.

  • How do I pay for my dish?

    All payment transactions will be processed via Paypal, and will be bound by Paypal security protocol.
