Overview

This is an avenue where Restaurant Owners, Professional and Home Cooks can interact directly with those seeking meals. This is a service solely designed to meet your needs, and to connect you with each other. Cooks will showcase their meals for the day and upcoming week/month and allow meal buyers in the area, to order and pick up. Cooks may also deliver the meal(s). Delivery fee should be included in the meal, or advised separately to the buyer.

Site Features

Visitors can search for meals and get a summarized as well as detailed View of dishes. However, buyers must register in order to order meals and connect with cooks; and cooks must register to post dishes and sell to buyers.
Registration is free for all members. Based on search results,
(1) Buyers can order meals from cooks who are offering meals or, can place a future order for meals that cooks can respond to.
(2) Cooks can respond to meal orders placed by buyers.
All users are strongly recommended to build complete profiles by entering data in all the fields. Additionally, cooks must make their recipe profiles complete and describe it fully to increase response rate from buyers. Along with buyers, cooks can also order meals from other cooks. They can do that while registered as cooks.

Profile Options for Cooks

Cooks can enhance their profile by selecting one, two or all of the following profile options:
1. Bold Listing: allows cooks to display their profiles in bold in the "Cooks Near You" section, so that their profiles stand out to registered buyers near them (living in the same city and zip).
2. Display First: allows cooks to have their dishes displayed first and listed higher up on the list, when a buyer conducts a search for a dish offered by the cook. Cooks with "Display First" option will also be listed higher than other cooks in the "Cooks Near You" section.
3. Banner Listing: allows cooks to have their recipes displayed as Premium Recipe with a banner around them, when a buyer conducts a search for a recipe offered by the cook.

The following table provides the cost structure for 3 months. After 3 months, the profile option will be automatically disabled, and cooks can re-enable them.
