A buyer is referred to a user who orders meals. A cook can also purchase meals from other cooks. It does not take any responsibility for misinformation or miscommunication between cooks and buyers. FindMeMeals is not responsible for non-delivered meals or quality control of meals. We do not collect any fees on behalf of buyers or sellers and we expect the users to take advantage of this free service in a bonafide manner. It is the responsibility of the users of this website to be honest and fair in their interaction with each other. Any users who are deemed to have a fraudulent intent will have their membership cancelled and their user account deleted.

Orders

All orders once submitted are considered final. If a buyer wants to change or cancel an order after submission, then they must contact the seller directly. If they want to provide any special instructions not captured in the order, then they must contact the seller directly.

Meal Delivery

FindMeMeals.com is not responsible for non-delivery of food or any buyer dissatisfaction with the quality or delivery of the meal. Buyers and sellers can contact each other directly to resolve any dispute, not just limited to financial or quality.

Food Quality

FindMeMeals.com is a great avenue for both professional and amateur cooks to showcase their talent and build a brand for themselves. They can advertise their high quality of cooking on this online market place, and build a loyal brand of repeat buyers. Cooks must take complete precaution in cooking the meals, maintaining a very high level of quality and hygiene. Restaurant Owners, Professional Cooks, and Home Cooks may be subject to inspection by the FindMeMeals Team or Food Inspectors at any time and without notice. We take any complaints about Food Quality very seriously and will follow up on all complaints. Cooks with multiple complaints will have their accounts deleted and be prevented from listing on the site in the future. FindMeMeals.com is not responsible for any illness or death caused by the consumption of any meal transacted through our website, or through any communication that originated at the sites.
